Section 12(ii) in Rules for the Grant of Marriage Advances to the Employees of the Municipalities
(ii)within two months from the date of drawal of the advance to expend the full amount of the said advance in the celebration of the aforesaid marriage or if the actual expenditure incurred on account of the marriage is less than the advance, to repay the difference to the Municipal Council/Township Committee forthwith;
