The Original Application having been heard on 20.02.2026, the
Tribunal on the same day delivered the following:
O R D E R (Oral):-
Justice K. Haripal, Judicial Member Today when taken up, learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of communication dated 07.04.2025, showing that the applicant joined the transferred station on 07.04.2025. In fact the transfer is under challenge.
Since the applicant has already joined the new station, the challenge against Annexure A1 has become redundant.
2. There is no representation for the applicant. Recording the communication dated 07.04.2025, the OA is closed. No costs.
