Section 41A in The Gujarat Co-Operative Societies Act, 1961
41A. [ Returns, etc. [Inserted by Gujarat Act No. 17 of 2013, dated 15.4.2013.]
- Every society shall file returns within six months of the closure of every financial year to such authority as may be designated by the State Government for the purpose, including the following, namely :-(a)annual report of its activities;(b)its audited statement of accounts;(c)plan for surplus disposal as approved by the general body of a society;(d)list of amendments to the bye-laws of the society, if any;(e)declaration regarding date of holding of its general body meeting and conduct of elections when due; and(f)any other information required by the Registrar in pursuance of any of the provisions of the Act.]
