Section 20 in Assam Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
20. Budget.
- The Board shall, on such date as may be fixed by the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.] prepare and submit to the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.] the budget as approved by the State Government for the next financial year showing estimated receipts and expenditure on capital and revenue accounts according to the programme and the schedule of the stock.
