Section 17(3) in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
(3)The [Director] [Substituted by Act 1 of 1995 w.e.f. 1.6.1995.] may take action in any emergency which in his opinion calls for immediate action. He shall in such a case, and as soon as may be thereafter report his action to the Board or the Committee which would ordinarily have dealt with the matter.
