Section 20(1) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(1)If a train operating under Automatic Train Operation or cab signals comes to a stop on a running line and does not receive a proceed code within sixty seconds, the train operator shall inform to the traffic controller by the radio and ask for instructions.
