1. Pursuant to our order dated 12th April 2022 Mr.Khandeparkar, learned Counsel has taken instructions, as to how the payment would be made from 15th January 2022 onwards.
2. Mr.Khandeparkar states on instructions that Budhpur Buildcon will deposit an amount of Rs.2,18,85,500/- with the SRA, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, with respect to the quantum as computed, by the Assistant Registrar of the SRA. He submits that the said amount is, for the period, from 15th January 2022 to 14th December 2022 and as computed by the Assistant Registrar, SRA.

3. Accordingly, Budhpur Buildcon to deposit the aforesaid amount i.e. Rs.2,18,85,500/- with the SRA within 30 days from today, without prejudice.
4. On depositing the said amount, the SRA authorities to disburse the said amount amongst the 111 petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event, within 30 days from the said deposit being made with the SRA. The disbursement will be as per Annexure II i.e. after verifying and confirming the identity of the petitioners.
5. Stand over to 14th June 2022.
