Section 2(h) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004
(h)"Forum" means Forum for redressal of grievances of the consumers to be constituted by the Distribution Licensee in terms of Subsection (5) of Section 42 of the Act and these Regulations;
