Section 66(1) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013
(1)The male officer or employee who having less than two surviving children, may be granted paternity leave for a period of 15 days, during the confinement of his wife for childbirth, i.e. upto 15 days before, or upto six months from the date of delivery of the child.
