26. Proportion of individuals and societies for constituting committee.
- Section 131(2)(ix). - In a Co-operative Society the membership of which is not exclusively contained to individuals, the representation of individuals and societies on the committee and the general body shall be such as may be laid down in the bye-laws of the Co-operative Society.
