State of Jharkhand - Subsection

Section 4(3)(i) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015

(i)The Authority shall consist of a Chairman, a Managing Director, an Executive Director, six other Directors, who shall be nominated by the State Government and who shall hold their office, on terms and conditions to be prescribed in this behalf, at the pleasure of the State Government.
