Section 183(1)(a) in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009

(a)at-least one month previous to prescribing such line or fresh line, as the case may be, the Municipality shall put up special notice of the same in the street or part of the street for which such line or fresh line is proposed to be prescribed and shall also give notice thereof to the owners for occupiers of the land affected by such alignment;
