2. Repeal of Tamil Nadu Act 24 of 1978.

- The Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978 (Tamil Nadu Act 24 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), is hereby repealed.
