6. Drugs to which this Act applies and notified drugs
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare any drug to be a drug to which this Act applies.(2)If the State Government is satisfied that a drug is used in a manner injurious to health, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify such drug as a notified drug.
