Section 33(1) in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
(1)Any person, aggrieved by any order made under any of the provisions of this Act may, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order by him, appeal to the Authority, if the order is made by any other officer.
