Section 21 in The Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition And development) Act, 1957
21. Power to obtain information.
The Central Government or any person authorised in writing by it in this behalf may, by order in writing, require any person to furnish to such authority as may be specified in the order such information in his possession as may be required relating to any property in respect of which action is proposed to be taken under this Act.
