10. Appearance of parties and consequence of non-appearance.
-Provisions of rules 1 to 14 of Order IX of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (No. 5 of 1908), shall be applicable to the proceedings before the Tribunal with such modifications as may be necessary for the purpose.
