Section 2(1)(xxx) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2010

(xxx)"State Transmission Utility (STU)" means the Board or the Government Company specified as such by the State Government under sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
