At the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, Mr. G.D. Verma, learned Senior Advocate, is appointed as a Mediator and requested to make an endeavour for amicable resolution of the dispute between the parties.
The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 11.4.2022 at 11:00 a.m., in the High Court Main Mediation Centre. A report in this regard be submitted by the next date of hearing.
