Section 11 in Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994
11. Leave, Pension and other matters.
- In respect of pay, leave, pension and all other matters not expressly provided for in these rules, a member of Service shall be governed by such rules and regulations as may have been or may hereafter be adopted or made by the competent authority.
