Section 16 in THE RASHTRIYA RAKSHA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020

16. Executive Council.—

(1)The Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University.
(2)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex officio Chairperson of the Executive Council.
(3)The constitution of the Executive Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be laid down in the Statutes:Provided that such number of members as may be laid down in the Statutes shall be from among the members of the Governing Body.
