Section 9(1) in Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles Class III (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2015
(1)A Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles Class III, who desires to appear at the examination, shall submit his application in the Form as specified in Appendix 'B', to the Head of Office in which he is serving through the Commissionerate of Transport, Gujarat State, for enlisting his name as a candidate for such examination at least sixty days before the date of the commencement of the examination.
