State of Telangana - Subsection

Section 38(2)(i) in Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975

(i)all the powers and functions of the Authority and of its Chairman [and Vice-Chairman] [The word 'Vice-Chairman' inserted by Act No.7 of 1984.] shall, during the period specified in the notification under sub-section (1), be exercised and performed by the Special Officer; and
