Section 30(2) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(2)An application for alteration of date of birth shall be entertained if it is made within 5 years after the member has entered the service. Any application received after 5 years after entry into service shall be summarily rejected.
