01. Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 22454 of 2021 (Satya Narayan Mishra v. State of Odisha and others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 04.08.2021by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed order dated 04.08.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 22454 of 2021, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party-authority within seven days hence highlighting the grievances, as has been raised in the present writ petition. If such application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the said authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the authenticated/certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
