Section 53 in The Small Industries Development Bank Of India Act, 1989
53. Amendment of certain enactments .-The enactments specified in Parts I, II, III and IV of the Second Schedule to this Act shall be amended in the manner specified therein and such amendments shall take effect on the date of establishment of the Small Industries Bank.
