Section 49(1)(g) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(g)if no claimant appears within a period of six months from the date of death or escape of such juvenile or child, the valuables and other articles and amount shall be disposed of as per the decision taken by the Management Committee.
