Section 32(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)The Committee shall constitute a panel of lawyers who volunteer to advice, act or appear and represent on behalf of applicant for legal aid and advice. The panel shall be constituted from the applications received from members of the Bar or other Legal Practitioners or other persons qualified to tender advice and represent applicants for legal aid and advice.
