Section 23(2) in Martin Luther Christian University Act, 2005
(2)The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matter and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Rules, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
