                                                                          ORDER

The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.576/2019 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Bhind for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 406, 323/34 of IPC & 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act & all other consequential proceedings pending before the learned Trial Court.

At the very outset, counsel for petitioner informs that the purpose of filing this petition is over, as the impugned proceedings have already been concluded by the learned trial Court, vide order/judgement dated 11/08/2025 passed in RCT No.1862/2019; therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous.

Prayer noted.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
