Learned counsel for the CBI at the outset has fairly submitted that the CBI has no objection to the supply of the list of un-relied documents and their inspection except the documents which are confidential and internal communication between the various officers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not insist on the inspection of the confidential documents or the communication between the officers of the CBI.
In view of the submissions of both the counsels for the parties, the petitions are disposed with a direction to supply the list of un-relied documents to the petitioner. The petitioner may also be allowed for inspection of any such documents except the confidential documents which are communication between the officers of the CBI.
