Section 2(vi) in Bihar State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2005
(vi)Secretary shall mean Secretary for Bihar State Electricity Regulatory Commission or any other officer of the Commission authorized by the Chairperson to discharge the responsibilities of the Secretary in his/her absence for a limited period.
