9. Documents to accompany memorandum of appeal
(1)Every memorandum of appeal shall be accompanied with copies of the order against which the appeal is filed and the documents relied upon by the appellant.(2)Where the appellant is represented by an agent, or any of its officers before the appellate authority, the document authorising him to act in such capacity shall also be appended to the memorandum of appeal.
