(2)The following shall form part of, or be paid into, the University Fund -(a)all contributions or grants made by the State Government, the Central Government and the University Grants Commission;(b)all income of the University from any source whatsoever, including income from fees and charges;(c)all income or moneys from trusts, bequests, donations, endowments, subventions and other grants;(d)any sums borrowed from the University and College Development Finance Corporation, as and when established, and(e)any sums borrowed from the Banks with the permission of the State Government.
