Section 217C(3)(a) in Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920

(a)For the purpose of this Chapter, the State Government may constitute a Committee called the Committee for Architectural and Aesthetic Aspects for all the hill stations in the State of Tamil Nadu, with such number of officials and non-officials and having such qualifications as may be prescribed.
