6. Elections and appointments to be notified in the Official Gazette.
- The names of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman aid of the appointed and elected members of the Board shall be published by the [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' first substituted for the words 'Local Government' by Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and thereafter, the word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] in [Official Gazette] [Words substituted for the words 'Calcutta Gazette' by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.].
