1. This batch of petitions were heard by us on last several dates. These are listed as part-heard matters, however, as there is little time for the Court to close for vacation, it is not possible for us to continue to hear learned counsel and conclude the hearing of the present proceedings. We, accordingly, adjourn the present proceedings to 8 June, 2023, which shall of course be subject to the prevalent assignment.
