Section 21(1) in U.P. Prison Administration and Reforms Department Ministerial, Stenographer and Co-Related Service Rules, 2007
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or the extended period of probation if-(a)his work and conduct is reported to be satisfactory, and(b)his integrity is certified.
