This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.2119 of 2017 titled as “Sanjay Kumar Dhanuka Vs. Pooja Dhanuka” pending in the Court of District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal to the Court of District Judge, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection in case the aforesaid case is transferred.
Hence, we transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of District Judge, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The Court of District Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the Court of District Judge, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.
It is made clear that there is no adjudication of the allegations while passing of this order for transfer of the aforesaid case.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
