Section 161(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Co-Operative Societies Act, 1989
(1)The Deputy Registrar, Joint Registrar, Additional Registrar or the Tribunal, Registrar, as the case may be, may of its own motion or on an application by any person aggrieved by its order review its own order in any case and pass in reference thereto such order, as it thinks fit, after serving notice to the persons likely to be effected by such order and affording such persons an opportunity of being heard.
