(2)The Pass Book shall be sent to the Treasury/Sub-Treasury in the last week of April in every financial year for making entries pertaining to the financial year ending on 31st March. The Principal/Head Master shall tally the balances in the accounts as on 31st March with the accounts maintained by him. If any discrepancy is found it shall be removed by reconciliation with the Treasury/Sub-Treasury accounts.
