Section 3(o) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(o)'Small Scale Industry' means a Small Scale Industry registered as such with any of the District Industries Centers (DIC) of the State under the Directorate of Industries of Govt of Orissa.
