Section 2(k) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(k)the expression "farming society" shall have the meaning assigned to it in clause (12) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960; and which is registered under the said Act;
