Section 26(2) in Bihar Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Act, 1981
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the occupier of the factory or manager shall not appoint any person as purchasing agent for the purposes specified in that sub-section nor shall he utilize services of any person as purchasing agent directly or indirectly for any such purpose.
