Section 252(4) in The Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993
(4)The district panchayat or the officer authorised, as the case may be shall forthwith a report to the State Government about every case occurring under this section and the State Government may revise or modify any order made therein, and make in respect thereof any other order which the district panchayat could have made.
