Section 53(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)The Registrar, shall have the right to seek all such information, as he may consider necessary to satisfy himself whether a self-supporting co-operative society has conducted its affairs in accordance with the provisions of this Act, rules or bye-laws. The said society shall furnish all such information to the Registrar.
