Issue notice to the respondents. Under the instructions of Court, Shri Mahendra Choudahry, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents accepts notice, as such, service is sufficient.

Looking to the narrow amplitude of the controversy involved in this petition for writ it is finally heard and disposed of today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is given liberty to submit a representation to inspect his answer sheet and answer key in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Central Board of Secondary Education & Anr. Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay & Ors. in Civil Appeal No.6454/2011 decided on 09.08.2011, but then the respondents may be directed to consider and (2) decide the representation of the petitioner and with the aforesaid direction, the writ petition may be disposed of.

In view of the prayer aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. If any representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondents are expected to consider and decide the same in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court referred to above within a period of one month from the date of submission of the same alongwith a certified copy of this order.
