Section 4(2) in The Orissa Prohibition of Withholding from Sale of Essential Commodities Order, 1977
(2)The provisions of Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) relating to search and seizure shall, so far as may be, apply to searches and seizures under this clause.
