47. Publication of petition or complaint
.-(1) Where any application, petition or complaint, or other matter is required to be published under the Act or these regulations or as per the directions of the Board, it shall, unless the Board otherwise orders or the Act or regulations otherwise provide, be published not less than seven days before the date fixed for hearing.(2)Except as otherwise provided, such publication shall give a heading describing the subject matter in brief.(3)Such publication to be published shall be approved by the officer of the Board authorised for the purpose.
