Section 10 in The Maharishi Dayanand University Act, 1975
10. [ Authorities of the University. - The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-
(i)the Court;(ii)the Executive Council;(iii)the Academic Council;(iv)the Faculties;(v)the Finance Committee;(vi)the Academic Planning Board; and(vii)such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.]
